  Good service, pretty average food quality. My chef's specialty crab sandwich consisted of two pieces of buttered bread with crab meat. Our Shepherd's Pie was made with beef mince - so it should have been called a Cottage Pie - and was ok. My wife's steak sandwich was ok as well. 'Ok' seems to be what they are aiming for. Not sure I'd be back.

  I visited this cafe on Tuesday 13th October 2015 at 9.45am.
  
  The service took forever and it wasn't even busy. There were three of us waiting in the line as the girl at the counter spent easily 10 min working out an order with another customer. She didn't even throw a look of recognition or apology for the delay. We all were so frustrated and the lady behind me was ready to walk.
  
  When l finally got to the counter she was totally disinterested with my concern/complaint and basically just ignored me as if was a real bother. She was completely unhelpful!
  
  Due to the time lost in waiting, l asked if the kitchen could hurry my meal as l had a meeting to get to. Again she was totally disinterested and just said no. I must admit my eggs were cooked to my requirements and the meal was absolutely fine. Just really bad service!!
  
  To top it off, their eftpos terminal wasn't working properly either and declined two of my cards (so ended up paying in cash), only to have to look into it with my bank, only to find it was their connection problem and my cards were fine (I was on a business trip from Melbourne and the last thing you want is your corporate card not working). What a waste of my time and stress that l didn't need.
  
  Next time on business I will make a better choice. I just hope this nicely appointed cafe does something about the service standard.
